Garages, homes, storefronts, and warehouse bays we've coated from Titusville down through Cocoa, Rockledge, Suntree, and Viera, out to the beachside in Satellite Beach and Melbourne Beach, and across the aerospace corridor near L3Harris. Every slab starts with a free ASTM moisture test, because Brevard's high water table and Atlantic salt air will lift a coating that skipped its prep. That's the whole point of our Coastal Moisture Defense system.

One slab, photographed weeks apart. These are Brevard garages that reached us oil-blotched and spider-cracked after years of Atlantic salt air and rising ground moisture. They left with a vapor-mitigated, sealed flake system — a hardened, wipe-clean surface owners could count on when the next hurricane season rolls in June through November.
